SERVICES OFFERED

High Country Iron Doors provides iron/steel door products and related services, which may include:

  • In-stock and custom wrought iron or steel doors
  • French entry doors, patio doors, interior doors, pivot doors, sliding doors, bi-fold doors, office doors, and similar door products
  • Design inspiration and customization support (including custom designs and custom sizes)
  • Delivery and installation services
  • Touch-up and repair services for iron doors
  • Nationwide shipping options (shipping is not included in the base price unless stated otherwise in writing)
  • Consultations, measurement guidance, quotes/estimates, drawings, order coordination, and related support

We reserve the right to refuse service, modify or discontinue offerings, or deny access to any user, at our discretion.

For any paid order, quote, invoice, proposal, or separate written agreement, the more specific written agreement will control to the extent of any conflict with these Terms.

CONSULTATION AND BOOKING

All consultation requests, quote requests, and bookings made through our Site, forms, or scheduling tools are subject to availability and confirmation. High Country Iron Doors reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments with or without notice in the event of emergencies, weather issues, access limitations, staffing conflicts, site conditions, product availability, delivery constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Preparation for On-Site Estimates / Services

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property where services are requested.
  • Customers should provide relevant details needed to prepare a quote (for example, measurements and photos of the door opening/panel, where applicable).
  • Customers should disclose relevant conditions that may affect delivery or installation, including obstacles, pets, access restrictions, HOA/building restrictions, or hazardous conditions.
  • Delays caused by weather, site readiness, hidden conditions, customer unavailability, or approval timelines (for example, drawing approvals) may affect scheduling or lead times.

PAYMENTS

Payment terms for products, deposits, progress payments, shipping, installation, and final balances will generally be outlined in the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Payments are due according to the payment terms we provide for the applicable order or service.
  • Prices, availability, timelines, and lead times are subject to change prior to acceptance of a quote or estimate.
  • Shipping and delivery costs may be separate and are not included unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • You agree not to dispute valid charges in bad faith or engage in fraudulent chargebacks.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

  • Deposits, if any, may be governed by the applicable quote, invoice, proposal, or project agreement.

You agree not to:
